Refund Policy
Due to the digital, educational, strategic, consulting, coaching, training, and service-based nature of our products and services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This no-refund policy applies to all offers, services, programs, events, consultations, coaching, training, digital products, downloadable resources, workshops, business launch support, VIP services, and related purchases provided by:

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or change in business plans
- Failure to attend a session, workshop, webinar, or event
- Failure to use the purchased product or service
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
- Failure to achieve desired business, legal, financial, or funding outcomes
- Inability or unwillingness to complete the program or service
- Mistaken purchase, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, appointment, workshop, or consultation, at least 24 hours' advance notice is required. If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without proper notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. We will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. At our sole discretion, we may allow a one-time reschedule, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, scorecards, workbooks, trainings, recordings, and online resources are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately, all sales are final.
Coaching, Consulting, Training, and VIP Services
All coaching, consulting, training, strategic support, and VIP services are non-refundable due to the customized, time-sensitive, and knowledge-based nature of the services. Once a service is purchased, time is reserved, preparation may begin, and business resources may be allocated. No refunds will be granted whether or not the client fully participates or completes the service.
Funding, Compliance, and Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to business funding approval, grant approval, credit approval, business success, state approval, bank approval, legal outcomes, or revenue growth. You are paying for education, guidance, support, strategy, and/or access to resources, not for a guaranteed result.
